Withdrawal information

For consumer purchases of our digital games by email. Version: 20 October 2026.

Your right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the date the contract is formed. Send an unequivocal statement to Lohnmeister GmbH, Kohlmarkt 8–10, 1010 Vienna, Austria, gaming@lomegames.com, telephone +43 5 9499. You may use the model below but do not have to. Sending your statement before the deadline is sufficient.

Refunds and consequences

We refund all payments received for the withdrawn contract without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your statement. We use the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise; no refund fees are charged. If you purchased several games, identify which purchases you wish to withdraw from.

You must stop using or sharing the game files and content covered by the withdrawn purchase; the corresponding access may be disabled. Separately purchased rights for purchases that are not withdrawn remain unaffected.

Downloads supplied before the deadline

In our current email ordering process, your right remains even when a beta or download is supplied during the 14-day period. Payment or use of a code does not waive it. We do not request a declaration relinquishing this right early in this process.
