Terms and conditions
Terms for digital games and beta preorders
Version: 20 October 2026. Seller: Lohnmeister GmbH, Kohlmarkt 8–10, 1010 Vienna, Austria; company register FN 529001v, Commercial Court Vienna; VAT ID ATU75355946. gaming@lomegames.com · +43 5 9499.
1. Scope and digital delivery
These terms apply to consumer purchases of our Windows games as downloads through lomegames.com and the associated email ordering process. No physical DVD is supplied; covers illustrate the products. Our tester terms additionally describe free testing.
2. Ordering and contract formation
The website invites you to order. You can select several games, review your selection and correct it before sending. The button only opens a prepared email. By sending the order email, you make a binding offer at the displayed total price. The contract is formed when we expressly accept your order by email. An acknowledgement of receipt alone is not acceptance. Our acceptance confirms your games, total, beta dates and included benefits; we supply these terms and withdrawal information as email text or attachments.
Please provide your name, billing address, country of residence and any different name on the bank transfer. Your invoice arrives by email. The contract language is German or English as agreed in the confirmation. We retain contract records and send them to you by email so you can save them. There is no public customer account for retrieving orders.
3. Prices and bank transfer
All prices are final prices in euros including statutory VAT. There are no shipping charges. Each beta starter costs €19.99. The planned full-version price is €39.99: this is a future intended price, not a previous selling price. Kanonenfutter alone costs €4.99. The total is the sum of selected game prices.
The VAT component shown on your invoice follows the tax rules applicable to the sale and, where relevant, your country of residence. This does not increase the confirmed final price. After we accept your order, pay by bank transfer to Lohnmeister GmbH, IBAN AT18 2032 6021 0000 1623, BIC SPNKAT21XXX, reference “Beta & game name(s)”. Payment is due on acceptance; access is provided after receipt and matching to your email.
4. Beta dates and access
Betas begin on 25 October 2026 for Frachtwerk, Mittelalter, FELSWERK, Frontline Command and Kanonenfutter; on 1 December 2026 for Skispringen 2027, VELDRA, Eisenwacht and Castle Defense. Planned full releases are listed separately on each game page.
Your download code is sent within 24 hours after payment is received and matched to your email, no earlier than the respective beta start. If both steps were completed beforehand, access is provided within 24 hours of that start. Games with different start dates are delivered separately. Contact gaming@lomegames.com if delivery fails or is delayed. Statutory remedies for delay or failure to supply remain available.
5. Development status and requirements
A beta is a playable development version. Visual details, worlds, resources, parameters and difficulty are being refined. Specific known limitations are described in the release notes. The label “beta” does not generally exclude agreed features or statutory conformity rights. Check each game page and release notes for system requirements, supported Windows versions and any internet requirements before ordering.
6. Lifetime content for your purchased game
Each €19.99 beta starter includes its beta, later full version, and all content, updates and add-on packs that we publish in future for that game, permanently without additional content purchases. This entitlement is not limited to a calendar year, subscription or a support period that we later impose. Other games and standalone sequels are not automatically included. No specific number or release schedule of add-on packs is promised. Statutory update obligations are unaffected.
Kanonenfutter is included once at no extra charge with an order containing at least one beta starter. Beta testers and the ten special testers also receive it free. A standalone €4.99 purchase of Kanonenfutter does not buy another beta starter.
7. Licence
Upon contractual supply you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the purchased game privately. Do not share personal download codes or game files with unauthorised third parties or publish them for others to download. Statutorily permitted uses, backups and mandatory copyright rights are unaffected.
8. Withdrawal, conformity and liability
Consumers have the 14-day right of withdrawal from contract formation described in our withdrawal information. Under our current email ordering process, that right remains even if the download is supplied within those 14 days. Payment, code delivery or downloading is not treated as a blanket waiver.
Statutory rights concerning defects, delay and non-supply apply, including the Austrian Consumer Warranty Act where applicable. Statutory liability rules apply. These terms do not exclude liability for personal injury, intent, gross negligence or mandatory consumer rights. For support, email gaming@lomegames.com with your game, version and description of the issue.
9. Privacy and applicable law
Our privacy notice explains processing of orders, payments, communications and website usage. Austrian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence where the legal conditions apply. Statutory jurisdiction is not restricted. More favourable individual promises remain valid; new versions of these terms do not automatically change existing contracts.
